Ordering & delivery

When will my order arrive?

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 5 working days of receipt of your payment. We do not dispatch orders at weekends or on public holidays. Delivery times:

Belgium, Luxembourg & the Netherlands (products in stock):

  • Parcels: 1 to 2 working days
  • Pallets: 3 to 5 working days

France & Germany (products in stock):

  • Parcels: 3 to 5 working days
  • Pallets: 5 to 10 working days

Longer delivery times may apply to ADR shipments (dangerous goods).

What are the delivery charges?

Belgium & Luxembourg: Free delivery on orders of €25 or more. For orders under €25, a standard delivery charge of €10 applies.
The Netherlands, France & Germany: Free delivery on orders of €50 or more. For orders under €50, a standard delivery charge of €10 applies.
Bulk, pallet and ADR shipments
Additional transport costs may apply to bulk orders, pallet shipments and ADR shipments containing dangerous goods.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver from our warehouse in Belgium to: Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany. We do not currently ship to other countries.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, you can collect your order from DCP Chemicals, the parent company of Zeep Akker, located at Zeepakker 14, 2390 Westmalle (Belgium). Collection is only possible once your order has been confirmed. Please contact us in advance to arrange a collection time.

Can I place an order on invoice?

Yes, you can enter your VAT number at checkout.

What if a product is out of stock?

Is a product temporarily out of stock? If so, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know the new delivery date or to suggest a suitable alternative.

Can I get advice on a specific cleaning problem?

Where can I find a product’s technical data sheet or safety data sheet?

The technical data sheet (TDS) and safety data sheet (SDS) are not currently available directly from our online shop. Do you need a technical data sheet or safety data sheet? Please contact us by email or via the contact form. We will send you the requested documentation as soon as possible.

What is the difference between Biomex HDI, Biomex HDI LWF and 111/2?

Biomex HDI is a powerful, high-foaming industrial degreaser for general cleaning.
Biomex HDI LWF has the same cleaning power but is low-foaming. This makes it ideal for scrubber-dryers, high-pressure washers and other mechanical cleaning applications.
111/2 is also a strongly alkaline cleaning agent, but has a slightly milder degreasing power than Biomex HDI. It is suitable for daily industrial cleaning where maximum degreasing is not required.

Private label & manufacturing

Do you manufacture or supply private label products?

Yes, through our parent company, DCP Chemicals, we develop and manufacture private-label and white-label cleaning products for professional customers. You can find more information on the DCP Chemicals website or contact us directly.

Do you offer contract manufacturing or OEM production?

Yes, in addition to private label and white label services, DCP Chemicals also offers contract manufacturing (OEM). We oversee the entire process, from product development and production to packaging and labelling. You can find more information on the DCP Chemicals website or get in touch with us.

Returns & Service

Can I return products?

Yes, unused products can be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return delivery. ADR products (dangerous goods) cannot be returned for safety reasons.

What should I do if my package is damaged or lost?

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If your parcel is damaged or has not arrived, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the carrier has approved the claim for damage or loss, we will send a replacement free of charge.
