Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to ensuring that your orders are shipped efficiently and arrive in a timely manner. Below you will find detailed information about our shipping process, including costs, delivery times, and more.

Shipping Destinations

We ship from our warehouse in Belgium to the following countries:
- Belgium
- Luxembourg
- France
- The Netherlands

Please note that we do not ship to any other countries outside of these regions.

Shipping Costs

  • Belgium & Luxembourg: Free shipping for orders above €25. A standard shipping fee of €10 applies to orders below €25.
  • The Netherlands & France: Free shipping for orders above €50. A standard shipping fee of €10 applies to orders below €50.
  • There are no additional customs duties or import taxes for these destinations.

Shipping Methods & Processing Times

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 5 working days after payment has been confirmed. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Delivery options include:

  • Belgium, Luxembourg & The Netherlands:
    • Parcels: Delivery within 1 to 2 working days.
    • Pallets: Delivery within 3 to 5 working days.
  • France:
    • Parcels: Delivery within 3 to 5 working days.
    • Pallets: Delivery within 5 to 10 working days.

We work with multiple carriers, depending on the destination and nature of the goods.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided by the carrier for all parcel shipments. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped, allowing you to follow your package’s progress.

For pallet shipments, we provide a CMR document via email once the goods have been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Items

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement once the carrier has approved the loss or damage claim. Please contact us as soon as possible if your order has not arrived or has arrived damaged.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  • ADR (dangerous goods) cannot be returned.
  • For returns, items must be in their original packaging. Please ensure items are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.

Local Pickup

We offer same-day local pickup at our warehouse at Zeepakker 14, 2390 Westmalle (Belgium). Orders for pickup must be confirmed in advance. Please contact us to arrange your pickup.
