DCP Bional Desca 800 25L powerful acid cleaner

DCP Bional Desca 800 is an extra-strong, water-based acid cleaner developed for industrial descaling and cleaning. It removes oxidation, urinal residues, scale and mineral deposits on acid-resistant surfaces, while avoiding harsh mineral acids for safer use. It is a non-flammable, water-based cleaner free from hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid and oxalic acid.

The 25L size is suited for professionals in technical cleaning, facility services or sanitation who require reliability and volume.

Applications

All acid-resistant surfaces:

  • Acid-resistant metals: including stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, and titanium
  • Ceramic tiles
  • Plastics and epoxy resins
  • Floor and covering joints, stucco
  • Glass

Avoid contact with natural stones such as marble and limestone and all other acid-sensitive surfaces in general.

Usage instructions

  • Protection: Wear rubber gloves and eye protection.
  • Dilution: Use pure or dilute up to 0.5%, depending on the thickness of the scale or oxidation.
  • Temperature: Effective between +5°C to 60°C. Warmth enhances cleaning power but also increases corrosivity.
  • Application: Apply directly to the surface and allow it to sit. Rinse thoroughly with water after use.
  • Dilution instructions:
    - Very heavy pollution: 1:1 to 1:3
    - Heavy pollution: 1:3 to 1:5
    - Medium pollution: 1:5 to 1:20
    - Light pollution: 1:20 to 1:50
