DCP Biomex HDI LWF is a low-foaming, biodegradable degreaser designed for use in cleaning machines, floor scrubbers and automated systems. It offers strong alkaline cleaning while protecting aluminium surfaces from corrosion.
Free from chlorinated and petroleum solvents, bleach, ammonia, caustics, phosphates, phosphonates, NTA and EDTA. Its water-based, harmful solvent-free composition is safe for users and the environment. Not recommended for use on glass.
The 1000L IBC format is ideal for large-scale operations, such as industrial cleaning systems or centralised detergent dosing.

Usage instructions
Form: DCP Biomex HDI LWF can be used in pure or diluted (0.5% - 100%) form.
General Cleaning: Apply directly to the surface or via spraying, brushing, or dipping.
Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with clean water to achieve a residue-free surface.
Repeat: Repeat the process as needed, particularly for stubborn soils.
Optimal results and safety: For optimal results and safety, refer to specific usage instructions per application area and dilution guidelines.
Dilution instructions:
According to degree of soiling, allow to soak in from a few moments to several minutes.
- Very heavy pollution: 1:1 to 1:3
- Heavy pollution: 1:3 to 1:5
- Medium pollution: 1:5 to 1:20
- Light pollution: 1:20 to 1:50
