DCP Biomex HDI LWF is a high-volume, biodegradable cleaner and degreaser formulated for automated cleaning systems. Its low foaming properties and corrosion-inhibiting action on aluminium make it ideal for machine applications in food, logistics and industry.
The water-based formula is free from chlorinated and petroleum solvents, ammonia, bleach, caustics, phosphates, phosphonates, NTA and EDTA. Not suitable for glass surfaces.
The 200L drum format is ideal for continuous use in industrial cleaning operations.

Usage instructions
Form: DCP Biomex HDI LWF can be used in pure or diluted (0.5% - 100%) form.
General Cleaning: Apply directly to the surface or via spraying, brushing, or dipping.
Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with clean water to achieve a residue-free surface.
Repeat: Repeat the process as needed, particularly for stubborn soils.
Optimal results and safety: For optimal results and safety, refer to specific usage instructions per application area and dilution guidelines.
Dilution instructions:
According to degree of soiling, allow to soak in from a few moments to several minutes.
- Very heavy pollution: 1:1 to 1:3
- Heavy pollution: 1:3 to 1:5
- Medium pollution: 1:5 to 1:20
- Light pollution: 1:20 to 1:50
