DCP Biomex HDI FC110 is a no-foam, water-based degreaser formulated with a silicone antifoam additive for optimal performance in cleaning machines. It delivers powerful degreasing and corrosion inhibition on aluminium, while remaining safe for most surfaces except glass.
It is not recommended for food-related applications or post-cleaning treatments involving coating or painting.
The 25L container is ideal for daily use in logistics, maintenance or production environments where foam control is critical.

Usage instructions
Storage: Store frost-free in its original, unopened packaging at 5°C to 35°C.
Shake: Shake the container thoroughly before use.
Cleaning Systems: Add DCP FC-110 directly to the cleaning liquid for dip baths, ultrasonic baths, and spray washers.
Scrubbers: For scrubber-suction machines, spray into the suction hose while the motor is running. For larger scrubbers, add an appropriate dose directly to the dirty water tank.
Repeat: Reapply after emptying the dirty water tank.
Dilution instructions:
- Very heavy pollution: 1:1 to 1:3
- Heavy pollution: 1:3 to 1:5
- Medium pollution: 1:5 to 1:20
- Light pollution: 1:20 to 1:50
