DCP Biomex HDI FC110 is a high-alkaline cleaner and degreaser developed for industrial machine cleaning where foam must be avoided. Its silicone-based antifoam additive ensures stable operation in scrubbers, pressure systems and automated cleaning installations.
It offers corrosion protection on aluminium and is suitable for all surfaces except glass. Not to be used in food areas or before coating/painting due to the silicone emulsion.
The 200L drum format is ideal for large-scale cleaning in technical or industrial settings.

Usage instructions
Storage: Store frost-free in its original, unopened packaging at 5°C to 35°C.
Shake: Shake the container thoroughly before use.
Cleaning Systems: Add DCP FC-110 directly to the cleaning liquid for dip baths, ultrasonic baths, and spray washers.
Scrubbers: For scrubber-suction machines, spray into the suction hose while the motor is running. For larger scrubbers, add an appropriate dose directly to the dirty water tank.
Repeat: Reapply after emptying the dirty water tank.
Dilution instructions:
- Very heavy pollution: 1:1 to 1:3
- Heavy pollution: 1:3 to 1:5
- Medium pollution: 1:5 to 1:20
- Light pollution: 1:20 to 1:50
