DCP Biomex HDI FC110 is a water-based, high-alkaline cleaner and degreaser developed for use in cleaning machines. It contains a silicone-based antifoam additive to reduce or eliminate foam, ensuring smooth operation in scrubbers and automated systems.
The product provides strong cleaning performance and corrosion protection on aluminium. It is safe for all washable surfaces except glass.
Important: Due to its silicone emulsion, it is not suitable for use in food areas or where the surface will be coated or painted afterwards.
The 10L size is ideal for maintenance teams using floor machines or spray systems in non-food industrial environments.

Usage instructions
Storage: Store frost-free in its original, unopened packaging at 5°C to 35°C.
Shake: Shake the container thoroughly before use.
Cleaning Systems: Add DCP FC-110 directly to the cleaning liquid for dip baths, ultrasonic baths, and spray washers.
Scrubbers: For scrubber-suction machines, spray into the suction hose while the motor is running. For larger scrubbers, add an appropriate dose directly to the dirty water tank.
Repeat: Reapply after emptying the dirty water tank.
Dilution instructions:
- Very heavy pollution: 1:1 to 1:3
- Heavy pollution: 1:3 to 1:5
- Medium pollution: 1:5 to 1:20
- Light pollution: 1:20 to 1:50
