DCP Biomex HDI FC110 is a powerful no-foam cleaner and degreaser formulated for automated and industrial cleaning systems. With its silicone-based antifoam additive, it ensures excellent performance in floor scrubbers and spray systems.
Safe for all surfaces except glass, and provides corrosion protection on aluminium. Not suitable for use in food processing environments or where surface coating or painting is required after cleaning.
The 1000L IBC container is suited for centralised dosing or bulk supply in non-food industrial environments.

Usage instructions
Storage: Store frost-free in its original, unopened packaging at 5°C to 35°C.
Shake: Shake the container thoroughly before use.
Cleaning Systems: Add DCP FC-110 directly to the cleaning liquid for dip baths, ultrasonic baths, and spray washers.
Scrubbers: For scrubber-suction machines, spray into the suction hose while the motor is running. For larger scrubbers, add an appropriate dose directly to the dirty water tank.
Repeat: Reapply after emptying the dirty water tank.
Dilution instructions:
- Very heavy pollution: 1:1 to 1:3
- Heavy pollution: 1:3 to 1:5
- Medium pollution: 1:5 to 1:20
- Light pollution: 1:20 to 1:50
